Vacheron Constantin reference 4737 is a wonderful example of how the brand revolutionise its watch aesthetics during mid ‘50s introducing the iconic “Cioccolatone” design that become one of the most recognisable model to date.
Among the production life-span many iterations were made, such as with or without date, manual or automatic winding and also a complicated version with full calendar and moon phases functions.
The present specimen features the iconic stepped, square and curved case that led this model to became one of the most appreciated by collectors and shows no signs of polishing.
Furthermore the dial, with solid gold applied indexes, sports crystal clear graphics and shows no faws or ageing marks.
